About QuadPay
What is QuadPay?

QuadPay’s payment platform gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple, interest-free installments. QuadPay is a platform built for shoppers, that empowers you to buy now, pay over time and avoid interest repayments.

Why should I use QuadPay?

QuadPay has proven to bring new customers, increase average basket size as much as 50%, and has increased conversion rates as much as 20%. The catch? None. As a merchant, you are guaranteed up-front payment and QuadPay assumes all chargeback and fraud risk.

What are the fees?

Just like the Paypal’s and Visa’s of the world we charge a merchant processing fee. Typically it is a little higher than credit cards, but don’t worry this is inclusive of all of the Merchant fees you’re paying now as well as covering fraud and chargeback risk.

How is this different from any other payment plan option?

QuadPay is simple. We are a 2-3 step process that requires only your customer’s date of birth telephone number. There are no hidden fees, no hard credit checks, and it’s always interest-free.

How do payments work?

We use Stripe to receive and transfer funds to our merchants. Setting up an account is a simple and secure process, QuadPay does not have access to any of the information you share with Stripe. QuadPay will transfer funds to you on a daily basis.

What platforms do you support?

We are working on integrating with new platforms everyday. Currently we integrate with:

  • Custom API
  • Shopify
  • Woo Commerce
  • Magento
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Oracle Commerce
  • Spree
Where does QuadPay live on my site?

Customers will see a very simple QuadPay widget on the product page, sitting below the headline showing the amount when split over 4 installments. The widgets and modals can be customized to your brand and site upon request. QuadPay will appear a second time at checkout under the payment options, however you can include QuadPay on any page, such as on the homepage as a promo banner or popup.
