A Message from Quadpay on our Coronavirus Response

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to escalate, we are living through unprecedented times. In the space of a few weeks, it feels like our whole world has been turned upside down, from the way we work to the way we shop. We are all scrambling to adjust to our new normal.

To our Quadpay customers and community

In addition to the obvious health implications of this virus, we know that financial insecurity is a particular concern for many of our customers in the face of the current economic climate. It’s impossible to anticipate exactly what will unfold in the next few months, but we hope that in these scary times, Quadpay can help you prepare for the unknown in a few ways:

Get essential goods. If you’re in need of essential dry goods or household supplies but feel unsafe visiting the store, consider ordering from an online retailer for delivery. You can shop Target, Amazon, Walmart, and other big box stores via the Quadpay app. If you are buying supplies in bulk and are worried about overextending your budget, splitting the payment in 4 can help you manage these expenses over the next 6 weeks.

Support small businesses. If you’re searching for ways to support small retail businesses during this time, follow our Instagram account. We’ll be highlighting small and mid-sized retail partners whose products can help you upgrade your home life in the coming weeks.

As always, if you need any assistance with using the Quadpay app or online checkout, please reach out to our customer experience team and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Yours,
The Quadpay team
